Trekkers flying into Kigali Airport Rwanda should apply for East Africa Tourist Visa to enable them to access Rwanda and cross into Uganda and Back to Rwanda for their departure flight. Currently an East Africa Tourist Visa costs 100USD only and needs to be applied online in advance.
For those Trekkers flying directly into Entebbe Uganda, they need only a Uganda Tourist Visa that can be obtained at Entebbe Airport on arrival. They can apply for this visa in advance as well.

OR Pick up from Kigali Rwanda and cross into Uganda, then connect to Bwindi Gorilla Forest
Dinner and overnight at either Buhoma community rest camp/Bwindi view camp site/Trekker’s tervan/Gift of nature/Wagtail camp/ Kisoro Traveller’st rest / Gorilla valley
25th.Dec. Day 2 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest Uganda
This activity is the highlight of Gorilla Trekking on Christmas Day. Briefing, registration is at 7:30 am. Trekkers need to come along with their passports for verification, packed lunch/ snacks , Drinking water, Hiking boots, a rain coat and a camera.
The trekking exercise is expected to take 1 – 7 hours of hiking and encountering with the Mountain Gorillas.
