DAY ONE -Transfer from Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park
Having taken your morning breakfast, from your booked Lodge or hotel, our safari guide will pick you and transfer you to Lake Mburo national park, Uganda’s smallest National Park, have a stopover at the Equator for pictures and snacks. Reach the Park for lunch and relaxation.
Within the afternoon get pleasure from a ship ride in Lake Mburo amidst Hippos, Crocodiles herons, bird species like African King Fisher, Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and Crested Cranes. Long at Rwonyo camp/Mantana tented camp.
DAY TWO – Lake Mburo NP – Bwindi Forest NP
Early morning after breakfast, opt for a game drive with probabilities of seeing Warthogs, Elands, Uganda kob, Buffaloes and plenty of birds’ species.
Drive to Lake view hotel Mbarara for Lunch and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable park through the terraced hills of Kabale. Overnight at Gorilla gorilla Resort/Buhoma Community Bandas.
DAY THREE – Gorilla Trekking Safaris Uganda
Take a cup of tea very early within the morning and report to the ranger station for registration and directions on how to trek the gorillas in the Bwindi Forest jungle. With walking sticks make your way through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas as guided by the game ranger.
For about five hours, Sit within the forest among the gorillas listening to them grumble to every different and marvel at the sheer size of the dominant male; the silver back. Plenty of energy is required for this activity of Gorilla tour safaris in Uganda.
