Two different Gorilla permits Valid for 1 day on a particular date have to be secured and booked with Katona Tours and Travel in advance at 1500USD per permit.

Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda Volcanoes Gorilla National Park Itinerary
Day 1 – Transfer from Kigali at 4:00Am and drive to Kinigi Ruhengeri for the 1st. Gorilla Trek in Volcanoes National Park.
At 4:00Am, after your early morning breakfast, our safari guide will pick you from the hotel with packed lunch and drive you to Volcanoes national park in Kinigi for briefing and registration. You will enter the jungle to trek the endangered mountain gorillas.
Trekking will last 2 -6 hours depending on the location of the Gorillas. Meals, Dinner and Over night at Virunga Lodge/ Silver back lodge ( Extremely expensive lodges), Bishop house/5 Volcanoes Lodge/Mountain Gorilla View (High end), Le Bambou Lodge/La palme hotel (mid-range), Kinigi guest house/Muhabura Hotel (Budget)
Day 2 – 2nd. Gorilla Trek
Another Gorilla Permit is needed for the second Rwanda Gorilla Tour visiting another gorilla family this time and after the Gorilla Expedition,
you will follow yesterday’s procedures and after the gorilla trek, you will Transfer Back to Kigali to visit the Genocide memorial if time allows
